THE PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING THE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE FOR INDIVIDUALS

List of documents to the registration center (PSC) to confirm the application for the issue of registration certificates of an individual:

  • The application, formed after the filing of the application with the application number and signature of the applicant (established form);identity document;when representing the interests of the service recipient (individual) by a third party – the application is canceled in case of failure to submit within 1 month notarized powers of attorney to the representative of the service recipient indicating the authority to provide documents for the issuance of registration certificates of the National certification center of the Republic of Kazakhstan and sign the relevant documents for the execution of the order, defined by the power of attorney.
